1 The Blue Screen After a Screen Replacement?
More often than not, this problem occurs when someone tries to fix the screen on their device. If you started experiencing this problem immediately after replacing the screen, it maybe that you have a damaged motherboard from putting the wrong screws.
Therefore, you should start by making sure that all the screws are in the right place. If you are unaware of how to do this yourself, it may be worth it having a professional take a look at the device. In fact, we recommend that you find someone who has some experience replacing screens to do it for you. the last thing you need is to damage the iPhone further.
2 It May Also Be a Software Issue
Like we mentioned before, this blue screen problem could also be caused by a software issue. So, if you didn’t have your screen replaced, this is the most likely explanation for the problem. There are three ways you can fix a software issue and hopefully have the device working normally again. Here are all three solutions.
01 Force Restart the Device
Step 1: Press the home and power buttons together until the iPhone shuts off.
Step 2: Power on the device and when you see the Apple Logo, press the Volume up button until it restarts (it may take more than one try to get it right).
If this doesn't work, try restoring the device in recovery mode via iTunes.
02 Put in Recovery Mode via iTunes
Step 1: Hold the power and home buttons together until your iPhone 5s turns off. Keep holding the buttons until you see the Apple Logo on the screen. Release the Power button but keep holding the home button. You should see the iTunes logo on the screen.
Step 2: Connect the phone to the computer and open iTunes on your computer. In iTunes, click on "Restore" and then set up the device as new.
